Panel #12

Watters District Places of Historical Significance

This display is a scaled, ariel photograph of a large portion of the Watters Precinct section of Floyd County. There are some 90 “Places of Historical Significance” located and labeled on this ariel production. Many of these labels correspond to related items found on  other wall-panel displays found around the room. This way, the observer can have a clear view of where these places were in relation to each other and to the general infrastructure of the area.

Patti Culberson Yoder is shown here standing next to a picture of her (middle) and her two sisters that was made of them back when their bowling team had just chalked up the State Championship. See the full panel (CLICK).
